What we offer
We design water and sewer service connections for new and existing buildings – on their own or as part of the full WSS design – and support the connection process with the water utility.

How connection works
It starts with a request for connection conditions from the water utility. Based on them we prepare the design, which is agreed with the utility and, where required, approved by the municipality. After construction the property is connected to the network.
Regulatory framework
Designs are prepared in line with Bulgarian legislation, including:
- Ordinance No. 4 of 2004 on connecting users to water and sewerage systems
- Ordinance No. 4 of 2005 on building water supply and sewerage installations
- Ordinance No. RD-02-20-2 of 2024 on water supply systems
- Ordinance No. RD-02-20-8 of 2013 on sewerage systems
