Water supply design – building and on-site networks

A building's water supply delivers hot and cold water to every fitting at the required pressure. On complexes and large sites an on-site network distributes water between buildings and feeds the fire hydrants.

    What we offer

We design building water installations and on-site water networks for houses, residential complexes, commercial and industrial sites. For street water mains see external networks.

    What we design

    • Internal hot and cold water installation with circulation
    • On-site water network between buildings
    • Supply to fire hydrants and hose reels
    • Booster sets where pressure is insufficient
    • Irrigation and process water

    Sizing

We calculate flows and pressure losses under Ordinance No. 4 of 2005 and choose diameters that keep enough pressure on the top floor without oversizing.

    Materials

We specify suitable materials for each part – polyethylene underground, polypropylene or multilayer pipes inside – with a specification for the contractor.

    Regulatory framework

Designs are prepared in line with Bulgarian legislation, including:

    Frequently asked questions

When does the water supply need a booster pump?

When the street main pressure is not enough for the upper floors. We check this against the water utility's data and design a booster set if needed.

Do you design water supply for existing buildings?

Yes – for refurbishment, pipe replacement or conversions. We start by surveying the existing installation.

    How we work

A clear process from day one

    Consultation

We discuss the site, requirements and timeline.

    Survey

Input data collection and site analysis.

    Design

We prepare the complete design documentation.

    Approval & supervision

Support with approvals and supervision during construction.
