Terms of use

These terms govern the use of denwave.org and the relationship between Denwave Ltd. („Денуейв“ ООД) and anyone who sends an inquiry or commissions design services through the website. By using the website and sending an inquiry you accept these terms.

2. Services

We prepare water supply and sewerage designs and related documents: building and external network designs, service connections, pumping stations, fire protection systems, BIM models, expert reports and owner's supervision. Each service is described on the website.

Information on the website, including prices, is indicative. It is not an offer and not advice for a specific project.

3. Inquiries and commissioning

  • An inquiry through the form, by email or by phone is a request for information and creates no obligations for either party.
  • After the inquiry we send an offer with scope, price and timeline. A design is commissioned when both parties confirm the offer in writing (including by email) or sign a contract.
  • Work starts once we receive the required input data and documents and, where agreed, an advance payment.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the documents and data you provide.

4. Prices and payment

The price is set in the offer depending on the project, scope and complexity. Payment is by bank transfer against an invoice, in the stages set out in the offer or contract. If payment is late, we may suspend work until the amount due is paid.

5. Timelines

Timelines are agreed for each project and start once all input data and any advance payment are received. Delays in input data or changes to the brief extend the timelines accordingly. Processing times of the municipality, water utility and other authorities are outside our control.

6. Changes to the brief

Changes and additional work outside the agreed scope are agreed separately and may change the price and timeline.

7. Copyright

Designs, drawings, calculations and models prepared by the company are protected by copyright. The client may use them for the project they were prepared for – for approvals, permits and construction. Using them for another project, distributing or modifying them without the designer's consent is not allowed.

The texts, images and layout of the website may not be copied or published elsewhere without written permission.

8. Liability

We design in line with the applicable regulations, technical standards and good engineering practice, based on the input data provided. We are not liable for consequences of inaccurate or incomplete input data, of changes to the design made without our consent, or of construction that does not follow the design.

We take care that the information on the website is correct and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not responsible for the content of external websites we link to.

9. Use of the website

  • Do not send false information, advertising or spam through the form.
  • Do not submit other people's personal data without a legal basis.
  • Do not interfere with the website or attempt unauthorised access.
  • Do not extract content by automated means.

10. Personal data

How we process personal data is described in the Privacy policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The new version applies from its publication on the website and does not affect projects already commissioned unless agreed otherwise.

12. Disputes

Bulgarian law applies. We try to settle disputes by discussion first; otherwise they are settled by the competent Bulgarian court. Consumers may also contact the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg) for out-of-court resolution.
